Where this came from: Running a construction business means juggling quotes, variations, client reporting, subcontractor coordination, and cashflow — usually all on the same Tuesday. I started automating my own operations out of necessity: WhatsApp-to-CRM workflows, automated daily task reminders for site staff, client-facing P&L reporting templates, and AI-assisted content systems for marketing. Once those worked, other business owners started asking me to build the same thing for them.
