I was shocked by the lack of creativity - I sent a sparkling gold metallic logo pic with inlayed gold DNA strand & asked for it to be recreated. I was speechless to receive the final proofs in yellow and a black DNA strand. I only asked for this job to be cancelled because it was so far from what I requested.
