What do you need from me to start working?
I typically need access to your hosting or cPanel, WordPress admin login, and FTP/SFTP credentials. If you don’t know how to provide this, I will guide you step-by-step.
Will my website lose any data during the cleaning process?
No. I perform a safe, manual cleanup and always create backups when needed. Your content, layout, and settings will remain intact unless they were already damaged by the malware — and if so, I will restore everything possible.
Can you remove Google or browser “This site may harm your computer” warnings?
Yes, this is included in the Premium package. After cleaning the malware, I submit the Security Review in Google Search Console and monitor the delisting process until the warning is removed.
