The legal function I performed for Bounce and Bella followed the commercial life of its pet products, from sourcing and product development through online promotion and eventual sale to customers. This required balancing brand ambitions with the responsibilities attached to selling products intended for pets. Before products entered the market, I considered the legal implications of ingredients, materials, packaging, safety instructions, product descriptions, and supplier representations. Potential quality failures were addressed through contractual protections covering testing, manufacturing standards, replacement obligations, indemnification, and responsibility for defective goods. Customer facing activities required a separate perspective. I worked on subscription arrangements, website terms, competitions, discounts, returns, delivery complaints, recurring payments, and advertising statements. Particular attention was given to ensuring that promotional claims about pet products could be appropriately supported. As Bounce and Bella developed its public identity, I protected trademarks, packaging concepts, photographs, marketing content, and other brand assets. Collaborations with influencers and promotional partners were structured around permitted content use, endorsements, compensation, disclosure responsibilities, and ownership of newly created material. Legal problems were handled according to their commercial impact rather than through a uniform process. Whether the matter concerned a supplier failure, disputed customer transaction, copied branding, or contractual breach, I identified the underlying rights and practical remedy. This gave Bounce and Bella stronger control over its products, commercial relationships, and brand as the business expanded.
