How do you ensure QUALITY CONTROL?
We have a QC team that makes sure we deliver high-quality data (SLA 99.5%). Each folder/work we do is checked twice by 2 different Rockster QC teams independently to ensure high-quality work is delivered. Clients are also kept in the loop all time to ensure quality work.
How big is your team?
We have a team of more than 20 highly trained workers who can deliver high-quality work in a timely manner. We also do onboarding of new team members and train them, only the top 1% are selected after vetting. we are highly scalable to any number.
How safe is my data?
We ensure data security by deleting all the images, videos, excels sheets, or any form of data that was sent to us by clients. Also, all credentials are cleared out after completing the project unless instructed to retain all materials/credentials.
Do you do revisions?
Yes, at no extra costs if there are no additional guidelines after the work has been completed. If instructions are updated after work has been submitted, then we might charge extras.
