What do you need from me to get started?
To begin, I’ll need information about your application (Docker image, required services), and a brief description of the issue or desired deployment. In some cases, I could ask for access to your Kubernetes environment (kubeconfig or cloud access).
What if I can't/won't give you direct access to my cluster?
Not a problem. I can send you scripts to run or ask for remote sessions to work together. What I do ask is for fluent communication and your commitment so that we can solve your problem in time.
Is my data and infrastructure access safe with you?
Yes — I treat all client information with strict confidentiality and only access what’s necessary to complete the work. I’m happy to sign an NDA if needed.
Can you work with both cloud and on-prem Kubernetes clusters?
Yes! I have extensive experience managing Kubernetes in Azure (AKS) as well as on-premise clusters (e.g., kubeadm-based, Rancher, OKD, OpenShift, etc.). Just let me know the setup you’re using.
Can you help if I don’t have a Dockerfile yet?
Yes — I can help containerize your application and then deploy it to Kubernetes. If that’s the case, please message me first so we can define the right scope.
What happens if the issue is more complex than expected?
If the issue requires more time or scope than the selected package allows, I’ll let you know upfront and we can agree on a custom offer or upgrade before proceeding.
