Hello,
My name is James, and I am a session musician from Manchester, and I'm proud to have performed on hundreds of records from artists across the world and have my catalogue licensed to be used for various TV companies including HBO.
I love performing music and I would love to help you on any projects you may have!
- I can record piano/keyboard/Rhodes for you.
- I have professional industry-standard recording equipment (see below).
- I can record/perform on your track in ProTools using multiple instruments/sounds!
Equipment - UAD Apollo 8 interface, Chandler Limited TG2 pre-amp, Rhodes Mark I stage piano '77, Nord Stage 2 keyboard, Roland Fantom G8 keyboard.
I'm an extremely versatile performer with over 10 years of experience and the ability to perform in many different styles including Rock, Pop, Jazz, Classical and World music through creating various sounds from my keyboards.
Though the prices on the site reflect certain packages, these things are never clear cut so I am happy to talk through the project and price depending on your budget/requirements.

FAQ
Do you own any of the recordings?
No, everything I record is yours to use however you wish.
Can you write a song for me?
Yes I can, but visit my "songwriter" gig for that :)
Can you record multiple sounds?
Yes - and I love doing so! I can record a few takes on the Rhodes, some takes using an organ sound, there might be a lead sound you like.. the possibilities are endless!
WAV, MP3, MIDI?
I can send over takes in any format you wish (just let me know!). I will send you the individual 'dry' stems for you to add your own effects / reverb and mix into your track.
Can you record more than one song?
Yes, if the time allows. I usually recommend a 30min session for a 4min song, so if you have two songs and book a 1hr sessions we should be able to fit it in!
Can I zoom with you while you do the session?
Yes! I'm very flexible and it gives us the chance to meet each other and discuss what you'd like me to play. (I'm also happy to complete the session in my own time)
How will I receive the files?
I will send a download link with the WAV, MP3 and/or MIDI files once the session is completed.
