FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
I need access to your domain manager (to configure DNS records like SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) and access to your email platform or server setup. If you don't have a server or platform yet, I will guide you on what to acquire.
How do you guarantee high inbox placement for 50k–600k volumes?
I set up proper domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), custom tracking domains, and multi-inbox load balancing. Distributing the sending volume across multiple inboxes and domains prevents spam triggers and protects sender reputation.
What is domain warming, and why is it necessary?
Warming gradually builds a positive sender reputation with internet service providers (ISPs). Starting high-volume sends immediately without warming will send your messages straight to spam or get your domain blocked. I provide a complete warming roadmap with every setup.
Can you set up tracking for opens, clicks, and bounces?
Yes, I configure custom tracking domains and bounce/complaint handling to ensure accurate tracking without relying on shared, blacklisted tracking URLs.
