What files do I need to provide before you start?
You can send sketches, hand-drawn plans, photos, reference images, inspiration, or any existing digital files (DWG, PDF, JPG). The more information you provide, the more accurate the final drawings will be.
Can you work from a hand-drawn sketch?
Yes! A simple hand sketch with measurements is more than enough. I can convert it into a clean, professional floor plan, façade, or section.
Can you deliver editable files?
Yes, I can deliver DWG, PLN, or PDF files depending on your request. Editable ArchiCAD or AutoCAD files are available in the Standard or Premium packages.
What’s the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic: Floor plan only Standard: Floor plan + façades + one section Premium: Floor plan + façades + sections + Photoshop enhancement
Can you add textures, colors, or shadows?
Absolutely. I use Photoshop to enhance your floor plans, façades, and sections with textures, shadows, greenery, and presentation styles.
Do you design houses or only draw plans?
I can do both. You can provide your own design OR I can help you develop a new design based on your needs, budget, and style. But it might take a little longer to design from scratch.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. I offer revisions depending on the package. I want you to be fully satisfied with the final result.
Can you match my country's building standards?
Yes, I can adapt the plans to your country’s dimensions, materials, and drawing conventions if you provide basic guidelines or examples.
Can you create 3D models or renders?
