Über diesen Service
Thousands of files called IMG_4471, scan_002 and final_final_v3, spread across Downloads, your desktop and some drive called "misc"? You are never going to sort that by hand.
IMG_4471.JPG -> 2019-07-14_Italy_012.jpg
scan_002.pdf -> 2024-03-11_invoice_Novak.pdf
WHAT YOU GET
- Every file renamed to one pattern you choose
- Sorted into folders by date, type or client
- Duplicates found and listed
- A CSV log of every single change
- Anything unclear goes to "Unknown". I never guess.
Photos, documents, invoices, scans, downloads.
HOW IT WORKS
1. You tell me how many files you have and what a good name looks like
2. I rename 20 of them as a free sample. You approve, or I adjust
3. You run it. Minutes, not days
YOUR FILES NEVER LEAVE YOUR COMPUTER
You upload nothing. You get a double-click app and a 60 second video. Nothing is deleted or overwritten, and a dry run shows the result before a single file moves.
No cloud folders (Dropbox, Drive). Unusual rule? Ask, most are doable.
Message me how many files you have and I will give you a price in one reply.

Hi, I'm Jakub. I build AI apps and chatbots, and Python tools that automate repetitive work.
On the AI side: working app prototypes with a real AI feature, running on a link you can open and test. OpenAI API, chatbots, AI agents, source code included.
On the automation side: Python tools that organize files, rename them, and handle CSV and Excel workflows, with dry-run mode and clear logs.
You will always know what is happening. I send an update every day I work, I say what I will build and what I will not before we start, and if it is not a good fit I say so instead of taking the order.
FAQ
Do I need to install anything?
No. You get a file you double-click, plus a short video showing exactly where to click. Nothing to set up.
Do I have to send you my files?
No. The tool runs on your own computer, so your files never leave it and I never see them.
What if it renames something wrong?
A dry run shows you the result before anything moves, every change is saved in a log, and nothing is deleted or overwritten.
How much will it cost for my case?
Message me with roughly how many files you have and you get a price in one reply, no back and forth.
Do you work with Google Drive, iCloud or Dropbox?
I work with files that are on your own computer or an external drive. If your photos live only in the cloud, download them to your computer first and I can take it from there.
