I will conduct UX research that drives decisions
Über diesen Service
Need to understand your users better, validate an idea, or make sense of qualitative research data?
I'm a UX Researcher with 5+ years of experience across digital products, public health, fintech, insurtech, and edtech. I help teams move beyond assumptions by uncovering what users actually need, struggle with, and value.
I can support you with:
- UX research planning and study design
- Interview and discussion guides
- User interviews
- Qualitative data analysis
- Research synthesis
- Identifying behaviours, pain points, needs, and motivations
- Personas and journey maps
- Insight reports and presentations
- Actionable product and design recommendations
My strength lies in qualitative research and synthesis, turning conversations, observations, and research data into clear patterns and meaningful insights your team can use.
Depending on the scope, you'll receive a structured research approach, synthesised findings, key themes, supporting evidence, and actionable recommendations.
For custom research requirements, feel free to message me before placing an order.
FAQ
1. Do you recruit participants for user interviews?
Participant recruitment is not included by default. I can help you define the right participant criteria and screening questions, while recruitment can be discussed separately depending on the geography and target audience.
2. How many interviews are included in the Premium package?
Both the Premium and the synthesis packages include up to 6 user interviews. Additional interviews can be added as an extra service.
3. What is considered a standard user interview?
A standard user interview is 30–60 minutes long. Interviews that run beyond 60 minutes or require significantly more preparation or analysis may be charged as an additional service depending on the scope.
4. What will the final research report include?
Depending on the scope, the report may include key themes, user behaviours, needs, pain points, motivations, supporting evidence, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
5. Can you create personas or journey maps?
Yes. Personas, journey maps, experience maps, and other research artefacts can be included depending on the project scope or added as a custom extra.
6. Do you conduct usability testing?
Yes. I can help plan and conduct moderated usability testing, develop testing tasks and discussion guides, analyse sessions, and synthesise usability findings.
7. What do you need from me before starting?
I’ll typically need a brief on your product/service, research objective, target users, what you already know, and the decisions you hope the research will inform. We can clarify anything else before the project begins.
8. Can you work with confidential or sensitive research?
Yes. I’m comfortable working with confidential research material and anonymised participant data. If your organisation requires an NDA, please discuss this with me before placing the order.
9. What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable edits or clarifications to the agreed deliverable. It does not include changing the research objective, adding new data, analysing additional interviews, or expanding the original scope.
10. How does payment work?
A typical structure is: 50% at Project kick-off, 30% before I begin the final synthesis/reporting stage, and 20% on final delivery.
