The quality of the work was good, and the final delivery was good, but I struggled to communicate with this seller. This maybe was due to the fact that I don't have a big understanding of these types of projects, but I felt like there was a lot of miscommunication.

Thank you! I am happy with the quality of 3x digital twins of real people now 3D avatars for a live metaverse event - finished on time albeit way over budget. I provided royalty-free FBX files to work from and extensive photographic references to keep time/costs low but still had to pay extra for details....
