Yes, I redraw every image manually by pen tool so I need more time than 30 minutes for easy images.

Which meathead are you using for tracing?
I will manually trace Drawing/Image/Sketch by Pen Tool in Adobe illustrator cc 2019. I'm not gonna use any auto trace techniques.
Can you remove a background?

Will i get high quality PNG, JPG?
