Airtable and Softr Builder Creating Portals and Dashboards
Struggling with manual workflows eating your time and money? I help businesses automate operations using Airtable, Softr, Make.com, n8n, and AI tools to build custom systems that save hours every week...
Über diesen Service
AIRTABLE DATABASE | AIRTABLE AUTOMATION | AIRTABLE CRM | SOFTR WEB APP | MAKE.COM | N8N INTEGRATION
Still copying data between tools by hand? Chasing leads in spreadsheets? Building reports manually every week?
That's hours you'll never get back and every manual step is a chance for errors, missed leads, and lost revenue. Messy Airtable bases and disconnected tools slow your business down and make it impossible to scale.
I fix that.
I build clean, automated systems using Airtable, Softr, Make.com, and n8n so your data flows exactly where it needs to go without you touching it.
What you get:
- Airtable databases & CRMs structured, linked, built to scale
- Softr client portals & dashboards secure, professional, no-code
- Make.com & n8n automations connecting your tools, saving hours weekly
- Simple workflows to advanced AI-powered systems, built around your needs
Every build is clean and fully documented, so you or your team can manage it confidently after delivery. No black boxes. No guesswork.
Not sure what you need? Message me with what you're currently doing manually I'll tell you honestly if automation is the right fix and exactly what it takes.
Stop wasting time on manual work.

FAQ
Do I need to already have Airtable or Softr accounts?
Yes, you'll need your own Airtable and/or Softr accounts (free plans work to start). I'll build directly inside your workspace so you keep full ownership and access after delivery.
I don't know exactly what I need, can you help me figure it out?
Absolutely. Message me with what you're currently doing manually (spreadsheets, copy-pasting, manual reports, etc.) and I'll recommend the right setup before you order.
Will I be able to manage the system myself after you deliver it?
Yes. Every build comes with clean structure and documentation, so you or your team can make basic edits without needing a developer.
Do you build custom automations, or just templates?
Everything is custom-built around your actual workflow, no generic templates. I connect Airtable, Softr, Make.com, and n8n based on your specific tools and process.
How long does delivery take?
Depends on complexity. Simple database or automation setups: 3-5 days. Full Softr apps with multiple automations: 7-10 days. Exact timeline confirmed after we scope your project.
Can you fix or improve an existing Airtable/Softr system instead of building new?
Yes. I regularly clean up, restructure, and optimize existing bases and automations that have become messy or broken over time.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Minor revisions are included based on your package. Ongoing support or larger changes can be arranged separately.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happy to sign an NDA if your project involves sensitive business data.
