The portraits look great and the retro RPG style fits well. However, delivery was nearly two days late due to missed timing, and the seller also didn’t double-check that the delivery actually went through, which added additional delay. Communication was polite once I asked, but I would have appreciated more proactive updates and a confirmed delivery on time.
