Über diesen Service
Applying everywhere and hearing nothing back? It usually isn't a lack of effort. It's one specific bottleneck: the wrong roles, a resume that doesn't prove your skill, a thin network, or an interview story that isn't landing.
I find that bottleneck first, then build your cloud career plan around it.
I'm a working senior cloud engineer. I went from a $13/hour help desk job to a $100K cloud role in four years, with no college degree.
What you get:
- A 60-minute diagnostic call on your background, goals, and job search
- A written plan built specifically for you (not a template)
- Honest advice on timing, including when not to make a move yet
Who this is for: help desk, IT support, and sysadmin pros moving into cloud or AI, and cloud engineers aiming for senior or lead roles.
Expect direct advice, not just questions, and follow-up that holds you to the plan.
You must be prepared to put in the effort!
This is not for people wanting an "average" career.

FAQ
What makes me qualified?
I spent the entirety of my career focused on producing high-quality cloud architecture, which landed me roles at multi-national consulting firms. I’ve also worked with the largest companies in the world, like Ford and Microsoft.
Why should I pay for a career coach for 3 months?
The same reason you’d pay for any coach: you need an expert to show you the depth and breadth of this industry, if you want to move beyond what most people achieve. If you’re content with a normal salary and career, there’s no need for a coach.
Why don't I coach entry-level engineers?
There's so many resources and so much content out there for entry-level IT professionals, but so little for the mid-level engineers trying to make it big. I've decided to help those who were stuck in that particular rough spot, just like I used to be.
