This project is to aimed to develop an application which will manage the visitors of an organization to ensure better safety of its employees residential colony. It will maintain a record of visiting personnel and provide tracking about movements of the personnel. This will replace the currently in vogue Manual System being used by the organization. VIMS Web Based Application developed using PHP Laravel Framework that can be remotely implemented at various entry / exit points of the colony. This system owns the following major characteristics:- Automates Visitors Management Process and can efficiently replace the manual processing. Saves Data Entry time by looking up the information in the database and populating it. Keeps Exit / Entry record of not only Guests but also Official Vehicles, Employees, Family Members, School Staff and Students. Provides Tracking of Unauthorized Guests Night stays and over stayed. Robust Information in form of many Predefined and Customizable Reports.
