Is this only for certain industries?
No. It works for any product, brand or service entering a new market or reaching a new audience. Most of my experience is consumer brands from Asia entering the US, and I'll tell you up front if your category needs specialist knowledge I don't have.
Do you need access to our analytics or ad accounts?
No. The sprint is built from what you share plus competitors' public pages. If you have audience or customer data, share an export or screenshot and I'll use it.
Do you do primary research, like surveys or interviews?
Not in this sprint. It's built to give you a clear direction in days, not weeks. If a question needs primary research, I'll flag it and suggest how to run it.
Can you run the ads or manage the launch?
This is strategy and messaging, not media buying or campaign management. You get the positioning, messages and briefs your team, agency or creators can run with.
Which tier should I pick?

Do you work in other languages?
I work in English. If your materials are in another language, share an English version or summary; if the target market needs native-language review, I'll flag where.
