Will you need my WordPress login? Is it safe?
Yes, I'll need WP admin access (plus FTP / cPanel for some fixes). All credentials stay strictly confidential, are used only for your job, and you can change them the moment I deliver. For extra peace of mind, create a temporary admin user just for this project and delete it once we're done.
What if you can't fix my issue?
You get a 100% refund — no awkward conversations. I always do a quick diagnosis before accepting your order, so this almost never happens, but the guarantee is yours either way.
Will you take a backup before making changes?
Always. Before I touch a single file, I take a full backup of your site and database. If anything goes sideways (it won't), we can roll back instantly.
Will my website go offline during the fix?
No. Small fixes I do carefully on the live site; for anything risky — theme swaps, database work, migrations — I clone your site to a staging environment, fix it there, then push the working version back. Your visitors never see a broken site.
How fast can you actually fix my issue?
Most small bugs and layout issues are resolved within 24 hours. Complex problems — broken migrations, deep plugin conflicts, custom code errors — usually take 1–3 days. I'll give you an exact ETA after a quick look at the issue.
