Can you fix my Airbnb and Booking.com double bookings?
Yes. I check the calendar and channel connections, fix the sync and test it.
Do you connect Vrbo as well?
Yes. Vrbo is included in the Standard and Premium packages, and Basic covers one channel.
Can you move me from one PMS to another?
Yes, in the Premium package. I move your listings and reservations without losing bookings.
Will the guest messages go out automatically?
Yes. I set up the booking, check-in, checkout and review messages.
Do I need to pay for the PMS separately?
Yes. The PMS subscription is paid to the provider, not to me.
Can you connect my direct booking website?

How long does setup take?
3 to 8 days depending on the package and the number of listings.
Do you need my login details?
I need access to your PMS and channels. Share them through a PMS invite or a temporary login, never in the gig chat.
What if something breaks after delivery?
Basic and Standard include the revision rounds, and Premium includes 30 days of support.
