Über mich
Hi, I'm Iqbal, a national-level middle-distance runner from Sri Lanka. I won the U18 800m at the 2022 Sir John Tarbet Championships and earned 1500m silver medals in 2022 (U18) and 2023 (U20). I also received schools athletics colours and was selected for Sri Lanka's Asian Youth Pool in 2022. I create personalized PDF running plans for beginner and recreational runners, tailored to their fitness, goals, and available training days. My plans include clear sessions, effort guidance, and rest days. Message me to discuss your goals!... Mehr lesen
