I enjoyed the back and forth, finding ways to improve the banner animation. My only complaint is that the freelancer did not reveal the cost (or any cost) for the project until I made the final agreement to proceed. Even though I knew there would be a cost, I felt hoodwinked, because I had no opportunity to consider whether or not to move forward.

Exceptional communication. Delivered everything I ordered in a timely fashion. Professional, courteous, thorough. Highly recommended. It felt less like a service and more like having a partner throughout the process. My project is well-positioned. Whether it translates into sales, we'll see, but it's in much better shape now.

Emilie is an amazing woman to work with! She is thorough - amazingly thorough in her research to a degree I have rarely seen - responsive, and all around highly recommended! We will definitely use her again for future project/campaign collaborations and marketing.

They are good at their craft and delivered exceptionally and professionally as expected. That is appreciated.
