What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround time for my gig is currently set at 1 day, this gives me enough time to complete a unique and high quality work for each customer
Can you deliver sooner than 1 day?
Yes, it is possible to prioritize your order. I have fast delivery options in extras section, you can choose 6 and 12 hours.
What are source files?
Source files are the original files of your project in which you can edit/resize the design to any size without losing quality using the Adobe software. They are available in PSD/AI/EPS formats. To get these files please select Standard/Premium package.
What do I need to get started?
Nothing much ! After ordering my gig you will see some basic questions where I will determine what your exact needs are so I can provide you with best designs.
What is 3D mockup?
3D mockup is a stylized 3D representation of your 2D designs, which you can see on my gig portfolio.
What are unlimited revisions?
You will get unlimited changes to one selected logo concept (like color, placement, orientation, font changes ), not unlimited new options. Clearly, unlimited revisions to a selected concept, Not unlimited new concepts.

She did an amazing job! Because I was still working on my vision she was patient with me and made several revisions. The first mock-up we came up with I decided to start over and come up with a new idea. She continued to be patient and make all the changes I requested. I couldn’t be more happy with the end result. Everything was finished on time!
