• Lead multiple end-to-end automation and IIoT projects independently, covering system design, electrical engineering, commissioning, K3/FMEA safety compliance, and delivery aligned with lean manufacturing and kaizen principles. • Engineered in-house real-time energy monitoring system (LoRaWAN, Grafana), eliminating 100% of manual operator recording, saving IDR 5.9B in vendor costs and cutting monthly operational cost by IDR 295M. • Independently designed and deployed in-house AMR (ROS + Industrial PC) for machining tool logistics, covering full electrical design and autonomous navigation programming, at 50% of commercial AMR procurement cost. • Independently developed a real-time pH monitoring system using Azure IoT Hub, an industrial Linux controller, and Python, triggering instant alerts to operators whenever readings fell outside standard range, enabling rapid corrective response. • Developing real-time AGV monitoring dashboard (React.js Dashboard + LoRa Module on AGV + industrial gateway) across 50 AGVs in 6 buildings for preventive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting.
