I need a clear, high-quality photo of your pet. Please also tell me if you have any special requests such as background color, canvas size, or name text.
Can you draw more than one pet?
Yes! Each package includes one pet. You can add extra pets during checkout or contact me before ordering.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive high-resolution JPG and PNG files. The source file (PSD) is included in the Premium package or available as an extra.
Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes?
Commercial use is included in the Premium package. If you choose Basic or Standard, you can add commercial use as an extra.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes. Revisions are included based on the package you select. Please note that revisions do not include changing the original photo or completely new concepts.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Delivery time depends on the package you choose. If you need it faster, please select extra fast delivery or message me first.
