Providing independent professional support in operations, process documentation, workflow structuring and project-related activities, building on more than 20 years of experience across higher education, corporate administration, governance, business transformation and institutional operations. My work focuses on turning complex, fragmented or undocumented ways of working into structured and practical operational systems. Current focus includes: • Structuring and documenting operational processes, SOPs and workflows • Developing practical checklists, process sequences and handover documentation • Reviewing existing processes to identify gaps, duplication, unclear responsibilities and bottlenecks • Organising complex information into clear, usable operational documentation • Supporting project planning, coordination, implementation and stakeholder management • Developing practical frameworks where existing procedures are incomplete or not clearly documented • Applying governance, process management and quality principles to improve operational clarity and consistency • Translating operational knowledge from people, documents, spreadsheets and existing practices into structured processes My previous professional experience includes working across multi-department institutional environments, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supporting governance and compliance requirements, managing operational projects, and improving administrative processes. This experience allows me to approach documentation from an operational perspective — not simply formatting information, but understanding how a process needs to work in practice so that it can be followed, handed over and maintained by the people responsible for it.
