Stop paying per-task fees to Zapier and Make. I deploy a self-hosted n8n automation stack on your Ubuntu 24.04 LTS VPS with Docker and PM2, plus Metabase dashboards and Listmonk email campaigns. Your workflows cost only the price of hosting.
You get n8n on your own domain with HTTPS, auto-start after reboot and a secured server (SSH keys, firewall, Fail2ban).
PACKAGES
- Basic: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, Docker, PM2, n8n. Intro to my work and stack.
- Standard: Basic + PostgreSQL + up to 25 workflow nodes (website, CRM, Telegram bot, deduplication).
- Premium: Standard + Metabase + Listmonk + up to 50 workflow nodes (automatic dashboards, personalized email campaigns).
PRICING
$1000 for the server stack + $40 per workflow node. Extra nodes available anytime. Sticky notes do not count as nodes.
HOW IT WORKS
I work through your provider's web console. Telegram bots run via webhook on your domain, no ngrok needed. VPS only: Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, no on-premise hardware.

FAQ
Do you handle power outages or hardware?
No, VPS only. Your hosting provider handles hardware and power.
Do I need ngrok for my Telegram bot?
No. The bot works via webhook on your domain with HTTPS.
What does AI integration include?
Premium only. I connect an AI model of your choice to your workflow. You provide the API key and pay the model provider directly. AI nodes count toward your node limit.
What counts as a revision?
Fixing something from the agreed workflow plan that doesn't work as described. New features or integrations are extra nodes at $40 each.
What does Data Syncing include?
Workflows that move and update data between your systems (website, CRM, Telegram bot), with deduplication where needed, within your node limit.
How do you access my server?
Through your provider's web console. You manage n8n in your browser.
How do node limits, APIs and triggers relate?
The node limit is the main rule. Triggers, actions and API connections are built within it, together with helper nodes like IF or error handling. Sticky notes don't count.
Which OS do you support?
Only Ubuntu 24.04 LTS on a VPS. This keeps every setup tested and reliable.
How long does delivery take?
Basic: 3 days. Standard: 14 days. Premium: 30 days. We agree on the workflow plan in chat first, then I build it within the delivery time.
How is the price calculated?
$1000 for the server stack (Ubuntu 24.04, Docker, PM2, n8n) plus $40 per workflow node. Standard includes 25 nodes, Premium 50. Extra nodes are $40 each.
