Iâve worked on a digital product called Bartha LiveChat & FAQ, built specifically for Shopify website owners. The product works as a Shopify app that merchants can install to manage customer support through live chat and FAQsâsimilar to tools like Chatway or other HelpChat solutions. My role focused on product design, where I designed the standalone dashboard, the new message/chat interface, and several supporting flows needed for day-to-day usage. The goal was to make the experience simple and efficient for store owners who handle customer messages while managing their business. This project required thinking beyond screensâunderstanding how Shopify merchants work, how support conversations flow, and how information should be structured inside a dashboard. I worked on usability, layout decisions, and interaction patterns to make the product practical and easy to use.
