n8n cloud or self-hosted, Make, Zapier, plus custom API and webhook work when no connector exists. CRM, Stripe, Brevo, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot and most REST APIs.

Anyone can wire two apps together on a good day. The difference is the bad day: rate limits, duplicate records, an expired token, an API that changed. I build for the bad day, because I have been on call for my own systems.
I recently built the lead routing and CRM sync layer for a multi-brand retail network across a dozen stores.

FAQ
Do you work with self-hosted n8n or only cloud?
Both. I run self-hosted n8n and self-hosted agents in production myself, so I can deploy on your own server when data has to stay in-house. For European companies handling personal data, that is often the right call rather than a preference.
What if my tool has no native connector?
That is usually the most interesting part of the job. If the tool has an API, I can connect it with HTTP requests and webhooks. If it has no API at all, I will tell you before you order rather than after.
Will I be able to change things myself afterwards?
Yes. Every delivery includes a handover video and documentation written for someone who does not code. If you want to add a step in six months, you will not need me for it.
Can you migrate what I already have on Zapier or Make?
Yes, and it is often worth doing above a few thousand tasks a month, because self-hosted n8n removes the per-task cost entirely. Send me a screenshot of your dashboard and your current plan and I will do the maths for free.
