Key responsibilities and achievements: Conducted acceptance and technical review of fixed-line routers (Huawei) for Telefonica rollout projects, ensuring full compliance with client specifications. Managed acceptance of BTS sites, microwave links (Richtfunk), and fiber infrastructure for 4G and 5G networks (ZTE and Huawei), covering infrastructure, hardware, and complete documentation handling through to fully error-free site status. Acted as technical advisor for the development of custom software supporting automated acceptance processes, including the ability to remotely operate drone flights for site inspection directly from the back office via PC — improving inspection speed and reducing on-site travel requirements. This role combined hands-on technical infrastructure expertise with process design and automation, allowing the company to deliver consistent quality at scale across multiple simultaneous client engagements.
