What really impressed me was her professionalism, including in taking the time to confirm the correct pronunciation of technical terms. Friendly and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I had 12 Scripts done, and only 4 of them needed slight revisions, and she was quick to revise and nailed them the 2nd time.
