he did exactly what i asked the first time for site plan. i had one minor change and it was performed in a timely manner. he asked for a couple more days to finish up the work and asked me ahead of time and i was ok with that and he did great job with our project and will definitely use him again....

I had to repeatedly require him to do the same thing multiple times. He argued with me about what i originally asked for. Was rude and dismissive the he was the cause. I had to hire someone who go it!
