The Basic package includes one visual, delivered as a PNG or PDF, and I can also provide the underlying Excel or Sheets file if you want to adjust it on your own.
The Standard package gives you two visuals or one small dashboard layout, delivered as images, a single PDF, or an Excel/Sheets file with formulas set up for easy updates.
The Premium package offers a small dashboard page with a few visuals and a short written explanation, delivered either as a clean PDF, an Excel/Sheets dashboard, or an interactive HTML file you can open locally in your browser.
This gig is meant to stay focused and approachable. No heavy BI platforms or overcomplicated tools. Just simple, thoughtful visuals that make your data easier to understand. If you already know what you want to see, or need guidance, Im happy to shape the dashboard around your goals.

What tools do you use to create the dashboard?
I usually work with Python, Excel, Google Sheets, or lightweight HTML for simple interactive views. I choose the format based on what you prefer and what makes the most sense for the data.
What file formats will I receive?
You can choose PNG, JPEG, PDF, Excel, Google Sheets, or a small interactive HTML file. I’ll deliver whatever format fits your workflow best.
Can you clean or prepare the data before creating the visuals?
Basic cleanup is included. If the dataset needs deeper restructuring, I’ll let you know before starting so we can keep things clear and manageable.
Can you update an existing dashboard instead of creating a new one?
Yes. If you already have something built, I can add a new visual, refresh the layout, or update the data.
What if I’m not sure what kind of chart I need?
That’s completely fine. Just tell me what you’re trying to understand, and I’ll suggest a visual that communicates it clearly.
Do you create full BI systems or large, multi-page dashboards?
This gig is meant for small, focused dashboards. If you need something larger, feel free to message me first. I can usually take on bigger work, but only after we talk through the scope to make sure it’s a good fit.
