As Lead BIM Manager, founded and directed the technical operations of H.A.S.T.E.K. BIM Studio. Responsible for establishing end-to-end BIM implementation strategies, managing multi-disciplinary modeling teams, ensuring ISO 19650 compliance, and delivering high-precision digital assets (LOD 100 to LOD 500) across complex building, infrastructure, and commercial engineering projects globally. Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work 1. BIM Strategic Leadership & Governance Authored and enforced BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Pre- and Post-contract documentation, and Common Data Environment (CDE) protocols in accordance with ISO 19650 standards. Led a cross-functional team of BIM coordinators, modellers, and specialists across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Civil infrastructure domains. Directed client consultations, third-party consultant reviews (e.g., NESPAK), and stakeholder alignment from initial schematic design through final hand-over. 2. Multi-Disciplinary 3D Modeling & Quality Control (LOD 100–500) Oversee multi-disciplinary 3D BIM authoring in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD for complex building and infrastructure developments (roads, drainage, ICT, and sewerage systems). Audit model integrity, parameter setups, phase mapping, and worksharing workflows to guarantee zero-defect modeling standards. Managed post-construction site redline updates to deliver high-fidelity LOD 500 As-Built models integrated with COBie data for asset and facility management. 3. MEP Coordination & Clash Detection Directed automated hard and soft clash analysis using Autodesk Navisworks Manage. Re-engineered structural-vs-MEP routing conflicts (HVAC, piping, fire protection, cable trays) to achieve 100% clash-free federated models (.NWD). Produced detailed clash resolution matrices, Builder's Work drawings, and sleeve/opening penetration layouts prior to site execution, eliminating on-site rework.
