While the item is what I asked for in essence, it’s very basic and not quite what I was expecting. I was also charged slightly more than the ‘simple design’ price that was advertised. I sent photos and videos of what I wanted. He ignored everything I sent him. When I got the product and told him politely that it wasn’t what I asked for he responded in a polite way that showed he didn’t care at all. I feel like he took advantage of the fact that I don’t know his field of expertise... Mehr anzeigen

great work, i would recommend paying for the revision when you first submit you concept. otherwise he charges very much to make small changes. but if you get it as an add on at initial order, it is much less.

He provided me with a 3D model that struck at first as why does it look so simple but after testing it out the 3D printer. I quickly realized the level of detail that went into the design. His attention to detail has blown me away. I can't wait to start making all kind of products with my custom 3D logo.

While Hardik's original design was near perfect, they continued working on all minor tweaks. The original delivery was incredibly fast taking just a few days with 3 iterations occurring in just one week. I look forward to working with him in the future!
