Preparing product data for Shopify or WooCommerce can fail because of wrong headers, duplicate SKUs, missing required fields, invalid prices, or stock values.
I will clean and map your supplier CSV or Excel file into the current platform template you provide. You receive a structured product CSV plus an error report for rows needing review. Your original file is never overwritten.
The service can include:
- Explicit source-to-template column mapping
- Text and whitespace cleanup
- Required-field validation
- Duplicate SKU detection
- Price and inventory format checks

- Reusable local script in Premium
Before ordering, send an anonymized source sample and the current Shopify or WooCommerce export/template. Templates and store rules change, so your supplied template is authoritative.
I do not log in or run the live import. Keep a store backup and test a small batch first. Image upload, research, translation, SEO writing, live-store changes, and unwritten rules are outside the packages.

FAQ
Can you upload the products directly to my store?
No. I prepare and validate the CSV file. You keep control of your store login and perform the import after testing a small batch.
Do you provide the Shopify or WooCommerce template?
Please provide the current export or official template from your store or platform. Templates and installed plugins can change the required columns.
Can you handle product variations?
Yes, when you provide the variation rules, identifiers, and a target template example. Each product or variation row counts toward the package limit.
What happens to invalid products?
They are not silently deleted. I place them in a separate error CSV with the source row and reason, such as missing name, invalid price, invalid stock, or duplicate SKU.
Are product descriptions, images, and SEO included?
No. The packages cover data cleaning, mapping, and validation. Writing, translation, image sourcing or upload, and SEO require a separate scope.
