Supported market research and co-developed 5 new vehicle concepts up to detailed engineering design (DED), applying mold parameters, parting lines, and manufacturability rules. Produced 200+ ideation sketches, refined into alternative concepts, Class-A surfacing with curvature continuity G2, and thicken features (ribs, draft angle, join). Designed and engineered body panels & mechanical components, ensuring feasibility for PP & ABS plastic parts. Developed MDF frame for clay modeling to support physical prototype creation. Designed and coordinated 6Ah 12V in-house battery mold with mold makers.
