What information do you need from me to get started?
To provide an accurate quote and timeline, please provide the project scope, a brief description of the intended application, any existing schematics or rough sketches, specific size constraints for the board, and a list of mandatory components or communication protocols (e.g., I2C, SPI, UART).
Do you provide the source files for the project?
Yes. Upon completion and approval, I provide all the necessary manufacturing and design files, including the Schematic, PCB Layout, Gerber files, BOM, 3D models, and documentation. I want to ensure you have everything needed for both prototyping and full-scale production.
Are you able to help with component sourcing?
Absolutely. I include a professional Bill of Materials (BOM) with my designs. I can also provide recommendations on where to source components to ensure availability and cost-efficiency, keeping in mind current market lead times.
Can you assist with the firmware/coding for the embedded system?
My primary expertise is in hardware design, PCB layout, and prototyping.
