I've spent over 6 years at DesignPlus.Studio, growing from a designer/editor into the Creative Lead for the team. In that time, I've worked across branding, motion design, video editing, and SaaS product content — leading projects from concept through final delivery for a wide range of clients. Along the way I've built a strong eye for pacing, visual storytelling, and turning complex products into content that actually converts. I've also spent a lot of that time mentoring designers and editors, reviewing work, and keeping projects moving on tight deadlines. I'm now looking to grow into a Creative Operations Manager role — leading design and editing teams, setting workflows, and making sure every project that goes out the door hits a consistently high bar.
