• Perform technical architectural tasks to support the design and construction team. • Start a project from scratch, develop the project charter, design analysis and carry out occupancy studies. • Working closely with other professional field consultants to get their drawings and conform with the architectural drawings. • Inspecting the design and construction processes and develop observation reports afterwards. • Leading the design process for residential and commercial projects. • Working closely with the construction and project management teams and meeting the deadlines as directed in the Project Charter. • Research, gather and compare the design and execution processes for quality control. • Preparing architectural drawings in AutoCad and Revit to be issued to construction teams. • Generating basic 3D models in liaise with the architectural drawings and supervising the editing and final rendering of the models based on the client brief. • Meeting with the laborers regularly to ensure timely and smooth execution on sites. • Preparing detailed working drawings for floor plans, elevations, sections and checking them to liaise with the bye laws and company standards. • Developing the design as per specified laws and monitoring the drafting process to eliminate any discrepancies in architectural drawings.
