Key responsibilities and achievements included: Connected Shopify → Channable → Amazon (NL marketplace) Built and optimized Amazon product feeds for compliance and performance Successfully onboarded and published 20+ SKUs on Amazon via Channable Resolved complex Amazon errors including missing attributes, GTIN issues, pricing, stock sync, and category mapping Implemented inventory synchronization to ensure stock parity between Shopify and Amazon Managed EU compliance requirements, including GPSR / CE documentation uploads Coordinated directly with the client and Amazon Seller Central to resolve authorization, access, and review issues Esured listings went live correctly and remained active after Amazon review The project resulted in a fully functional Amazon NL storefront with active, compliant listings and synchronized inventory.

Channable & Mirakl Marketplace Management for Manor (Product Publishing & Error Resolution)

Managed marketplace integration and product publishing for an e-commerce brand selling on the Manor marketplace, using Channable and Mirakl as the primary tools. The project involved adding and managing products, resolving publication errors, and addressing data inconsistencies between store-level product information and marketplace master data. I reviewed and cleaned product content, handled duplicate image issues, verified descriptions, and ensured all eligible products were correctly prepared for publishing. A major part of the work included manually validating product visibility by checking live listings directly on the Manor website and reconciling discrepancies between Mirakl status reports and actual live products. I created a detailed tracking sheet with SKU-level status, live product links, and clear indicators of published, inactive, and restricted items. I also coordinated with the marketplace support team to investigate master data limitations that could not be edited from the seller side and provided ongoing guidance to the client on next steps. By the end of the contract, products were successfully added, verified, and organized, with a clear and reliable overview of live versus pending items for future action.

Target Marketplace Listing Optimization & Product Health Score Improvement

Worked with an ecommerce brand to improve product listings and overall listing health on the Target marketplace, using Shopify as the source store. The project focused on optimizing existing Target listings, fixing approval and content errors, and improving product health scores by completing missing attributes such as titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, SKUs, and required identifiers. I reviewed Target feedback reports and addressed the issues highlighted by the marketplace to bring listings closer to approval standards. In addition to optimization, I prepared and structured new products for submission to Target through Shopify, ensuring all required data points were correctly formatted before publishing. I also guided the client on resolving barcode-related issues, which were necessary for final approval on Target. Throughout the project, I provided clear updates, explained platform requirements in simple terms, and ensured the listings were structured for long-term scalability and future marketing readiness.
