What kind of file will I recieve?
You'll recieve a lightweight mp4 video file in full HD quality which can be uploaded anywhere. It can also have any resolution or proportion you need, to make it suitable for different social medias (1920x1080, 1080x1920, 1080x1080, etc)
Where can I use my video?
You can use the explainer video anywhere you want! Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp, email, etc.. Just let me know beforehand if you need it in any specific resolution.
What makes your videos different than other options?
I only use professional tools to provide studio quality animation, while there are cheaper options out there
Can the video be longer than 30 seconds?
Of course! The 30 seconds statement is just my way to write my pricing. You can order a package multiple times if you need longer videos.
Do you offer other narration voices/accents/languages?
Sure! I can use a female narrator, or any other accent or language you'd like!
I don't have a script! What do I do?
Don't worry! I can write the script for you, just let me know about it on inbox.
How many revisions can I have?
Unlimited! I will keep revising the video until you're happy. However, please make sure to provide me, in advance, with all the specific requirements you might have.
Can we have a phone call?
Yes indeed, according to Fiverr rules - we'll just need to have an open order for minimal amount
