What is included in the Basic package?
The Basic package includes uploading and listing 25 simple Shopify products using the product information you provide, including basic formatting, images, prices, SKUs/details provided by you, relevant existing collections/categories, and a final quality check.
What information do you need from me?
Please provide the product information, images, prices, SKUs and other relevant details needed for the listings. If your store has specific formatting or collection/category instructions, please share those as well.
What do you mean by “simple products”?
Simple products are products that do not require multiple variations or variant-level setup, such as products with different sizes, colors or other options.
Do you upload variable products?
Variable products are not included in the Basic package. If you have variable products, message me with the details and I can review the requirement and provide a custom offer.
Do you provide product research or data sourcing?
Extensive product research and data sourcing are not included in the Basic package. The package is based on product information provided by the client. Data-sourcing requirements can be discussed separately.
Do you need access to my Shopify store?
Yes. I need the appropriate Shopify access to upload the products. Please provide access through Shopify's available staff/collaborator access rather than sharing your account password.
Will you upload a sample product first?
Yes. When appropriate, I can upload a sample product first so the listing format and structure can be confirmed before completing the remaining products.
Do you upload products manually or using CSV?
I can use the method that best suits the product data and store requirements, including manual upload or CSV where appropriate.
Can you upload more than 25 products?
Yes. If you need a larger quantity, variable products, data sourcing or other Shopify product-listing work, message me first. I can review the requirements and provide a custom offer.
What happens if something needs to be corrected?
If something does not match the agreed requirements, let me know and I will review it and make the necessary corrections within the original scope of the order.
