Company - Clow Canada 1. Prepare detailed drawings for pattern equipment as well as detailed machining drawings using SolidWorks and DraftSight software. 2. Maintain the Bills of Materials and routing (machining) procedures in AX, create new product numbers. 3. Maintain standards and documentation in relation to ECNs, Revisions, Drawing control, and outside approval sources. (Issue drawings to floor and upload them on ShopVue) 4. Provide up-to-date product data and technical support to both in-house and external staff. 5. Analyze information and evaluate to solve problems related to all aspects of the manufacturing process. 6. Collaborating with Machinists and Tool Makers to design part fixtures for CNC machines. 7. Maintain calibration software, calibrate measurement tools and gauges using measurement tools such as Calipers and micrometers; issue new gauges/measuring tools on the floor. 8. Keep the Plant layout up to date (floor plan, fire ext., alarms, hoist/crane, single line electric, etc.). 9. Monitoring powdercoat processes – recipes, racking & masking) 10. 3D printing
