I will install Windows 11 for you, if you don't have the TPM 2.0 chip or Secure Boot function, I will work around the situation in order to install the operating system.
What is a TPM?
A Trusted Platform Module is a microchip that is often built into a computer to provide hardware-based security. It can be added later by industrious users who attach the chip to the motherboard. Not all motherboards offer a TPM connector, so you'll need to research your model first.
What is Secure Boot?
Secure Boot is one feature of the latest Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI) 2.3.1 specification (Errata C). The feature defines an entirely new interface between operating system and firmware/BIOS. When enabled and fully configured, Secure Boot helps a computer resist attacks and infection from malware. Secure Boot detects tampering with boot loaders, key operating system files, and unauthorized option ROMs by validating their digital signatures. Detections are blocked from running before they can attack or infect the system.
Even without these functions it is possible to install the Windows 11 operating system
