Grace was very nice and respectful and had quick responses, BUT the delivery was very late. I sent her a module with some slides, and she returned them almost the same; she added the logo incorrectly in some slides. It seems like she rushed and didn't pay attention to detail. I settled for the last delivery, but it could have been done better.
