I will build one focused n8n webhook intake workflow for your agreed fields and rules.
Basic: one POST webhook, up to 5 input fields, validation and clear JSON results.
Standard: up to 8 fields, one filter, submission IDs, timestamps and persistent duplicate handling using a supplied single-instance Node helper.
Premium: Standard plus one responsive form page, a local output viewer and a failure/retry demo.
You receive workflow JSON, source files, setup notes, sample requests and test results. I import and run the delivery workflow in n8n against agreed sample cases.
My fictional portfolio workflow passed 18 checks across 19 real n8n 2.42.7 executions. Its spreadsheet and email outputs are local stand-ins; Google Sheets is not connected and no email is sent.
These packages cover development and local testing. Live app connections, OAuth setup, production deployment, hosting and distributed/high-availability storage are excluded.
Message before ordering with your sample payload, field rules and n8n version. Use synthetic data and remove secrets. Revisions cover the agreed workflow; extra systems or features need a separate scope.

Does this include Google Sheets, Gmail or other live apps?
No. These packages deliver locally tested webhook intake. Portfolio spreadsheet/email outputs are local stand-ins; no Google account is connected or email sent. Live providers, OAuth and production deployment require separate scope.
What has the portfolio workflow actually passed?
The delivered export was imported, executed and re-imported in n8n 2.42.7: 18 checks across 19 real webhook executions. Tests covered mapping, validation, filtering, duplicates, restart persistence and partial-failure retries using local stand-ins.
Do I need a separate helper process?
Standard and Premium include a Node helper for persisted duplicate handling and local demo outputs. It is a single-instance store. Distributed locking, cloud hosting and high-availability databases are excluded.
What will I receive?
Workflow JSON, relevant source/helper files, setup notes, sample requests and a test report. Premium adds one responsive form page. We agree the fields, validation, runtime and expected results before ordering.
What does a revision cover?
An in-scope adjustment to the agreed mapping, validation, filter or form presentation. Extra fields beyond the package, new workflows, integrations and new pages require a separate scope.
Should I send passwords or real customer data?
No. Use synthetic sample data and remove passwords, tokens, API keys and customer information. These packages do not need access to your production accounts.
