Which rights do I(buyer) get on the skins?
All of them. Meaning you can put them in the Minecraft marketplace etc. Only if you allow it, will I add them to my profile as a customer review.
Are the skins 64 bit or 128 bit? (Java edition users)
Tell me if you want 64bit skins. If you want 128 bit skins, look at my gig extras and for a small price I'll make the skins 128 bit. You can also choose if you want only SOME of them 128 bit too.
Can I get HD skins? If yes, is it covered in the same price?
Yup. HD skins or should I say 128bit skins can be made from the same skinset ordered. For an exact price, the whole or as you want, skin pack can be converted into HD skins.
