FAQ
What do I need to send you to get started?
Your raw footage (within your package's minute limit) and the parts you want in each clip, marked with minutes or seconds. Optionally, add style examples, preferred music, or any text or branding to include.
How long is each clip?
Around 30 seconds, but I'm flexible. If you need clips a bit longer or shorter, message me and we'll adjust. Just tell me what you have in mind before ordering.
What music do you use?
Whatever you send me. If you don't have any, I use basic royalty-free music.
How many revisions does each package include?
Starter and Content include 2, and Bulk includes 3. If there's a mistake on my part, I always fix it, and it doesn't count as a revision or cost extra. If you need more changes than included, you can add the "Extra revision" add-on.
Do you deliver the editable project file?
It's not included, but you can add it with the "Source file" add-on.
Do you do color grading, motion graphics, sound design or thumbnails?
I don't offer them as part of the service. If you need something basic along those lines, message me and we'll talk it through: I can try it, usually at no extra cost.
What if I need more clips or something more customized?
You can pick the package closest to what you need or add the "Extra clip" add-on. If none fits, message me and we'll put together a custom offer with a different price than the packages, based on what you need.
