FAQ
Do you include an AI chatbot in Basic?
No. Basic is rules-based n8n only. Standard adds a webhook/agent hook and error alerts; full Hermes agent setup is a separate gig.
What do you need from me?
Goal of the workflow, tools/APIs involved, sample data or sandbox access, and preferred notification channel (email, Mattermost, Telegram, Slack, etc.).
Will I get the workflow files?
Yes, exported n8n JSON plus short setup notes (DE/EN docs available). You own the deliverable for your account.
Can you install n8n on my server?
Yes, that’s the Premium package (Docker Compose on your Ubuntu VPS). You provide the VPS and SSH access.
